We will work with you to gain an understanding of your goals and expectations. That process involves discussion with you during a tour of your property. From those discussions and the tour we will prepare a written selling proposal.

Next we will sit down and review that selling proposal. It will show a range of potential listing prices, an anticipated selling price, an estimated number of days to sell your property and a preliminary marketing plan. With your help, we will change the proposal to a solid plan of action.

We will also provide in writing our responsibilities to you, our understanding of your expectations and how we plan to meet and exceed those expectations. This is also the time that we will finalize negotiations on any fees or commissions and continue building our relationship under a formal listing agreement.

As offers are received we will help you evaluate them. That evaluation includes showing how the offers compare with your goals and when to consider accepting, countering or rejecting offers.

With residential purchases, once we have an accepted offer and before closing we will have your documents reviewed by our attorney at no additional charge to you. This is another service that makes King Realty Group different than the traditional real estate agency business model..
This system gets information on the property to other agents and agencies that subscribe to SWMRIC. It also feeds other real estate agency websites and internet websites such as Realtor.com with listing information.
Any agent or agency that’s a member of SWMRIC can put your property’s information on the system. But listing systems are only as good as the information the agent enters into it.
At King Realty Group we gather and enter as much information about your property as possible. Buyers often skip past properties with very little information. We want buyers to find your property and that requires accurate and abundant information.
