PROPERTY SEARCH TIPS

Internet searching is a good way to see some of the available market and refine your desired features.  Keep in mind the internet does not show all of what is available, only some of it.

The internet “misses” a small portion of available properties because listing systems that drive most internet searches display properties that are:

1. Listed with real estate brokers that belong to the system.
2. Listed with brokers that have opted to be included in the Broker Reciprocity program.
3. The owners have agreed to list their property on the system.

We encourage you to use the internet to further define the features you want in the property. Once you select an agent that agent can work to find what is available for you.
